How do you get people to come together? How do you get people to act?

I was once challenged with the task of "initiating inclusivity".  This is where I choose to begin my task to engage others.  I want to bring everyone to the table and feel that they are welcome and welcome to come back.

People show their enthusiasms for things if you listen and are engaged in what they tell you. I challenge myself in that I am a serious ideas generator and work towards harmonizing the enthusiasms of others with group endeavors that require the enthusiasm and actions of many. Through bringing enthusiasms in line with a group direction, people become engaged to act.

Enthusiasm in a group can only come when people feel welcome and included. Great actions come from the enthusiasm of groups, of many coming to the table, acting, coming back to the table and acting again.
